Reading: RL.4.1 Refer to details and examples in a text when explaining what the text says explicitly and when drawing inferences from the text.
Math: Continue math fact practice. We are working on single by double and triple multiplication. Kids will be doing a lot of word problems. 4.NBT.B.5
Religion: October is the month of the Rosary. Discussion and reflection on the Rosary.
Writing: Halloween Stories! With a focus on great beginnings and thoughtful word choice.
Grammar: Prepositions
Social Studies: Chapter 3 reading and response. Kids took their first Social Studies quiz last week and did great. They are learning how to refer to text for information.
Emotional Learning: Seeing things from a different point of view. Growing empathy and understanding.
